They were a very underrated band & had a very loyal following as we'd see many of the same people at different gigs throughout the UK. Malcolm has gone on to play in other rarely heard great bands like tapetheradio, Saint Rose, The Bright Space & Iyeara. <br />I always felt the press idolised certain bands who could do no wrong whereas other lesser known bands deserved way more attention than they got but the NME would get a buzz out of slagging many of them off.Anonymousnoreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-7522017207239490912.post-80828897436483653742017-03-21T18:12:15.807+00:002017-03-21T18:12:15.807+00:00Beautiful instrumental. I don't know many Britpop bands, and I have never even heard of Jaguar, but this doesn't sound too bad to these ears. As Adam reminds us, the industry has changed so much since then.Brianhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/04321051045499549249noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-7522017207239490912.post-46232277387450333082017-03-18T18:55:56.899+00:002017-03-18T18:55:56.899+00:00I really, really like this. These were the last days of the record industry in its old form- these bands would never get record company backing today. I vaguely remember Jaguar, and I agree with what you say about the tragedy of some of those bands not being given space to develop.
