Good luck, sir. Hope you have the bathroom of your dreams or, at least, one that is all that you could hope for. The interim period sounds tricky, though.
Thanks Mr Bear, it's good to hear from you. The interim period is indeed a bit tricky, particularly when you take into account that the currently non-existent bathroom is also home to our only toilet.

Your bathroom looks and sounds much like ours did recently. We were lucky enough to be able to use our neighbour's house for ablutions for one week, so that was something, but the whole process was still hard-going. It WAS worth it although we're still waiting for a new floor), and yours will undoubtedly be too!
Kitchen next - we must be masochists.
What you should do is wash up as far as possible, then wash down as far as possible....then wash possible.
