So, this bloke wakes up one morning and thinks, 'I know what all the kids in school need today - a lesson in how to sing The Ramones. Not sure how to get it past the Head but we'll cross that bridge...'. Beautifully, wonderfully weird. They definitely have a novel approach to the teaching of English in South Korea. All those kids will end up with Queens accents!

Just imagine the gigs they have in heaven now - there must be a CBGB's up there.

If I ever get round to doing my TEFL course this is what I would end up doing, teaching them Ramones and Clash songs. Love how in the video all the girls are loving it and the boys look a bit confused by what is going on. Some nice pogoing from the young ladies also.

Cuteness! SB, maybe there was some confusion about "Queens accents" and the "Queen's English" and it all got lost in translation...?
(I illustrated a book for S Korean publishers last year, for teaching children English language... it was aimed at 3-4 year olds! They certainly start them young.)

It really does make you smile, great video. Those lucky South Koreans! My classes had to put up with Gong and King Crimson

It's a tough one to get through without smiling isn't it? Heartwarming. At their age the only songs I was singing at school were hymns.

Woul'nt it be nice if this was from the North, then it would be very very special indeed!!

Cute stuff indeed! A shame though that those four Beyoncé - fans were allowed to block the first row, especially the two blokes in the white and resp. in the red shirt!! They had deserved a good kicking from the REAL fans behind them, if you ask me!
