Batch is originally from Senegal, but now operates out of Bristol and this particular tune has been on regular rotation in my house for the past couple of years. 'M'beugel' is taken from a self-titled EP, which you can check out in full here.

I do struggle a bit with a lot of African music (which is probably my problem and no fault of the music!) but this is rather lovely. I must listen to more of these sort of sounds to see if I can get an emotional breakthrough with them.
