Version City #44 - Choir! Choir! Choir! sing The Clash
Based in Toronto, Choir! Choir!
Choir! is a twice weekly gathering of
musically open-minded people who just love to
sing. In their 4 year history they've
tackled songs by a wide variety of artists, such as Big
Star, Haddaway, Fleetwood Mac, Sex Pistols,
The Muppets, Wilco, Pink Floyd and dozens of others
(see here for a full list) in addition to performing in concert with Patti Smith and
Tegan & Sara.

Love it, Swede. I think it's interesting that, unlike most choirs, it's impossible for this lot to stand still while singing this one. Not just heads... whole bodies, are bobbing. Reminds me a bit of this one I'm pretty sure I saw at 1001 Songs earlier this year. Music makes the world go 'round.

Kids playing Led Zep on xylophones - fantastic. I went to school at the wrong time! That drummer has Bonzo's bash down to a tee as well.

That is just great. I'd love to be in a choir like that. Singing for the pure pleasure of it. Very fine version. Must see what else they do.
