Josefin Öhrn + The Liberation
A soupçon of psych, a hint of kosmische grooviness and a dollop of woozy pop. Anyone who knows me will appreciate just how far up my particular street the music of Sweden's Josefin Öhrn + The Liberation is. Their videos are far-out too. Here's a tune from their new LP 'Mirage' (out on Friday) and a couple from last years 'Horse Dance'. Listen to more here.

What a great sound, Swede. Wonder where you get this music from that is very new to me. Got to investigate more of them. Sounds like a hidden gem of this year. Can't get enough of it. Thank you very much for introducing me to them.
Another comment from me: I didn't knew that Robyn Hitchcock is still on duty. Totally different from his early records - but these songs finished my day in a very comfortable way.
Oh this is very good. Thanks Swede.
Glad you enjoyed the tunes Adam and Walter. I'm looking forward to the new album on Friday.
Just heard this band the other night and immediately liked their sound. Supporting Goat shortly on tour too which sounds like a good night.
